Use Your Providers Customer Service To Get Hosting Problems Solved
Everyday I see messages on forums of people asking for help with questions related their hosting or coding on their website. The people that give proper replys and help you out are generous, they aren’t getting any real gain out of it (apart from a little bit of satisfaction). The lack of gain means few replys and longer to sort out your problem.
If you have any kind of problem with your hosting or a script, or domain related questions etc etc you are best to just go straight to your hosting provider. You are paying them money for their services, part of their service is the help and support they provide – they have to help you!
In my experience just going straight to your host gets a quicker response and a better response than posting on a forum. The majority of people on a forum probably won’t know how to solve your problem, the hosting support will. The hosting providers also have access to your site so they can take a look to get a full understanding of the issue, unlike forum members.
So next time you need a question answering related to the functions of your website (not promotional questions and stuff like that!) just go straight to your host and save yourself a lot of time!
