A lot of webmasters love to have a good moan about working too hard (myself included). But according to multivitamin.co.uk hard work and self-discipline help you live a longer life.
I don’t know about you but the idea to me of living a longer life is quite good! And working more (or at least continuing to work a lot) will mean more profit so more money. So if I work long and hard I will have more money and live to a greater age. What a mix!
So we may complain about working hard, but it will actually help us in more ways than 1.
